Bombshell Hump Day Hop - Mama Said Knock You Out !!!

Mama Said Knock You Out!

No physical violence here, just time to dust off your PUNCHES and use your NESTIES (QuicKutz, Sizzix, Big Shot etc.) to create your next Bombshell Masterpiece! We all have some fun punches and cutting shapes lying around, so why not use these valuable items and get our money's worth? All you have to do, is make sure something on your card has been punched or die cut....extra credit if there's a hole in your card. *giggle Don't make Mama mad....just start knockin' things out. *wink

Can't wait to see what you come up with!
All participants, hoppers and hopee's are eligible to win the prize below:

My project also goes with our Wet N Wild Challenge - Check it out on the forum!

Well I didn’t make a card, but I used my Paper Shapers 3” punch to make the “label” on my
“Manly Bath Salts” (which my daughter says just doesn’t sound right....)

The paper is by K&C Company from an old stash of paper. I used the Sailor Girl set.

I added some seashells, and metal starfish. Inside the jar is Epsom salts.
I left them white (so they would look, more manly)
The punch is edged with Color Box liquid chalk in Lime Pastel and then Chestnut Roan and Dark Brown.
Hope you like it.  Now get hoppin'  !!!!

Dress your Bombshell

Here is a tutorial from 2009, that I thought might be useful!  Dress your Bombshell!

Miss Bombshell is wearing a lovely full length evening gown made from DCWV metallic cardstock.
Her shoes are black with a hint of silver glamour.
She sends big hugs and kisses to everyone!
The key to dressing these bombshells are the arms.
To make it easier it helps if she has a sleeve,
spaghetti strap or in this case, a sash.

You can use the arms from the final stamp or a second stamp.

Directions:
Start with a stamped image.

I would also color her skin first. It is easier to work with a larger piece.

Remove the arm at different spots depending
on how she will be dressed.
You may only need to replace the hands, like in this example.
Its easiest to design the clothes with tracing paper or vellum. You could even use a transparency so that it would be easier to reuse. This part is up to you, what do you want her to look like??

Also, keep those mis-stamped images for
*body parts* lets not waste girls!!

Cards for Men Sketch Challenge

Here is my card...I used the Lady Luck stamps set from Bombshell Stamps

Thanks for checking it out!

Just a quick update

Here are a few new things I have made though.
Bombshell's Feb Sketch found HERE and the CPS challenge found HERE
Kind of cool how it worked for both!
Here's one of the cards I made for it. (I love this sketch, so I am sure you will see more)

For Scrapbooking Friends Freaky Friday Challenge #5 found HERE... I made this one.

You were supposed to make up your own Roses are red poem.  Mine reads...
"Roses are red
violets are blue.....

I have something special for you!"

More posting in the morning....I had a long day!
