Winter Issue!!! I know you get Scrap N' Art Magazine....right...
I mean it is only $9.99 year ! With it you also get digital scrapbooking kits, and exclusive

It's not just about scrapbooking. There are cards, art, gifts, even kids crafts projects.
OK, back to the magazine......
This month's issue of Scrap N Art features the "original" Sacred Heart Stamps Set
from Bombshell Stamps- well the Fleur di lis from the set
It's on page #36 the project titled "Paris Coat Hanger" by Kas Mello
The project is also currently one of the projects on the main webpage for Scrap N' Art Magazine The pics on the top right change, so just wait a second.

Feliz NaviDEAD ????
Okay,
A couple of years ago we made Day of the Dead Christmas ornaments. To some that sound really disturbing I am sure, but Oh well....
We made Mexican Tissue paper flowers and festive skeletons. I even made a day of the dead angel tree topper.
Here is my layout:
The skeletons on the side swing over to reveal journaling.

Bombshell Halloween Blog - With a Twist Please....
These monthly blog hops have been lots of fun.
I have made a lot of new online friends and seen some great creations.
I want to thank Shannon for having enough confidence in me to do the job.
Right now I think that the Bombshell Blog is the coolest thing
that Bombshell Stamps is going to have going for it.
One place as a snapshot for all that is going on with Bombshell Stamps.
Don't have time to check the whole forum....dashing to work....
off to a Halloween party....just stop by the blog and keep updated.
I know...many of you are saying....Kas...you never seem to go away with style
(hey wait that wasn't a compliment they were giving me.....) But....so true...
So don't think that hops are gone forever.
They will just be more quality not quantity....sometimes that IS better.
Well for this "Last for Now" hop I said ***Whatever***
As long as it is Halloween or Day of the Dead,
I don't care what it is.
Mine is...I know a shocker.... A Day of the Dead piece.
It's actually a matchbox shrine necklace.
I used a game piece from a loteria game
and plenty of Bombshell stamps on the outside.
If you missed any stops along the way
Here is the list:

Singing the Praises of Plaid & a layout of Better Living Through Scrapbooking
OK...I love stamping letters. I have great big ones...teeny tiny ones, but I needed a great middle size set with upper and lower case letters.
BRAVO Plaid All Night Media Typewrite Alphabet. It's perfect. They are red rubber attached to foam. The foam blocks are about 7/8" square for the upper case letters.
You can see them on the website HERE
I use them all the time now.
Here is a layout I used it on for Better Living Through Scrapbooking, the challenge was (probably obvious) scrap about our favorite color. The great thing about the challenges there is that there are challenges within challenges. Why not try this one out... CHECK IT OUT HERE
OH....did I mention prizes????
“Favorite Color Challenge”
Create a layout dedicated to your favorite color.
Chose at least 2 of the following:
1. Journal on the layout as if you are speaking directly to your favorite color, and tell it why you love it, and what it means to you.
2. Take a photo of something you love that is in your favorite color, and use it on your layout.
3. Use rounded corners somewhere on your layout.
4. Create hand-doodling somewhere on your page.
5. Make the name of your favorite color a prominent part of your title.”

Bombshell Anniversary Card & Gift paper
It's my anniversary today.
I made hubby a "Congradulations"
for making it through another year card...
I used two of the new Bombshell Stamps...
And then used stamps on tissue paper for gift wrap.
I didn't show the picture, but I used red wire
instead of ribbon and then twisted curls on the end.
This uses
I would love to see your examples of gift wrap using Bombshell's.

Bombshell Stamps - September Bloghop -Time for Geography.
Kids with their new colored pencils and cute backpacks remind me
of how much I miss school….
NOT.
But it did inspire this month’s blog hop.
The theme for this month is Geography: Travel, foreign lands, exotic colors, transportation
My Bombshell decided to go for a motorcycle ride....for a good cause this month.
Volunteering at Let There Be Mom, and a little bit of a scare for me last month, got me thinking.
So she off on a cross-country ride for the cure!
It her stylish digital motorcycle outfit.
This month instead of posting the entire bloghop list, we are just giving you the next link.
Don't forget to leave comments along the way
so that you have a chance at
winning this month's prize.
Also stop by the forum and join a challenge!
Try the Sketch Challenge
or Miss September's Rise To The Occasion Challenge.
If you want a hint about next month's hop...

Feeling a little "W"itchy
These couple of pages in my art journal feature Gauche Alchemy and Bombshell stamps products.
The journaling reads:
This broom is not for sweeping and this pot is not for cooking your dinner.
We all know that Bombshell witches have better things to do.
It is an art journal without the purpose of being neat and beautiful.

Bombshell - Gauche Alchemy Blog Hop "Some Like it Hot, Hot, Hot"
This is going to be an amazing hop, glad you are joining us.
You get to see some work by not only the usual
Bombshell Stamps group,
but also from the Gauche Alchemy DT.
If you find any broken links in the hop, just come back here and pick up the next one.
***Also don't forget...there are prizes from Bombshell Stamps and

Because we had an even more diverse group,
we had even more "wiggle" room on this month's hop.
The title of this hop is insprited by the movie
"Some like it Hot" and the song "Hot, Hot, Hot"
and our blazing hot summer!
So I suggested:
Summer themes
Flames on the Hot Rod stamps
…and of course Summer colors
I also suggested that if you have Gauche Alchemy kits...
try Banana Hammock, Lady Marmalade
or Scarlett Red Fever.
I decided I had enough heat and used the movie
"Some Like it Hot" for my piece.
"Some Like it Hot" for my piece.
Marilyn Monroe.... of course a Bombshell.
I wanted my Bombshell to look almost like
a comic book character,
a comic book character,
so I didn't color her in this time.
The clothes were cut on a Cricut using the SCAL program
and the files from Bombshell Stamps.
and the files from Bombshell Stamps.
The embellishments are all from Gauche Alchemy kits.
The ribbon and sewing pattern were used to wrap up some items
I received from them.
The other items came from the following kits:
Blue Slush
It's All Gravy and
Purple People eater
(the white ticket had purple ribbon around it)
Train picture - internet
Stamps:Bombshell Stamps (Bombshell Angel)
Clear & Simple Stamps Traveller set (Wish You Were Here).
Adhesive: Beacon adhesive.
Chalk & Ink: Ranger distressing ink (antique linen)
Colorbox Fluid Chalk (Prussian Blue)
Okay you have a lot of hopping to do,
so you had better get movin'.

OK revisting projects as I clean today....
Most of these projects are old, but fun never the less!
No reason for this blog, just sorting through pics and projects.
The first is just an altered clipboard I made for my
Clothing Designer daughter.
I added clips at the bottom for ribbons, drawings, etc..
The name of this project is "How do U measure time".
The pics and rock are from a great hike we went on.
It is hard to see but the pictures are staggered out inside the cigar box.
Sometimes you just have to take the day off and go!
This wine bottle made a great display for a fun picture from Italy.
Have any of those ordinary glass vases hanging around?
