Operation Write Home Veteran's Day BlogHop

If you arrived here without going to the start, please make sure to go back to
OPERATION WRITE HOME

What an incredible organization!  I love being a part of this group.
With the holidays here, I hope it reminds everyone to be thankful for the job
that these men and women do, and the sacrifices that they make.
Also keep in mind that these people have friends and family at home that
have birthdays, anniversaries, etc... just like the rest of us.
These brave men and women are not stationed near a Hallmark!
The opportunity to send home a birthday card to a child they love, just isn't there!
So if you make cards....send them some  !!
If you don't....consider sending a donation to help with shipping the cards to these men and women.
They can send the cards home for free to their loved ones,
but it costs money to get the cards to them!

******JUST ADDED*****
PLEASE LEAVE COMMENTS AND I WILL BE SENDING OUT
BLOG CANDY TO A RANDOM COMMENTER !!!

Thank you!!

Here are some of the cards I have made to send over....

Now it's time for the next stop in the BLOGHOP !

  13. This is such a heartening venture. Here in Canada, the painting guild I belong to also creates and sends cards for our troops. They range from painted, thru to stamped and embossed cards in every style imaginable and are received with great appreciation. It's such a little thing we can do for our heroes!
